All shipments are shipped via airfreight to most destinations, and at the customer’s expense. In certain cases where airfreight is selective or there are under 100 pieces ordered, we will use Federal Express or UPS. You will be advised of all shipping details once your order has been shipped. Both Airfreight and Federal Express generally take 2-3 days to most destinations, excluding customs clearance at destination, which will take a further 3-5 days. Payment Full payment of the total purchase order and shipping are required before production can commence. We accept World Pay and wire transfer/telegraphic transfer. We regret that we do not accept cheques. Timeline Upon confirmation of your order, we require 90 days for production. Packing Every order will arrive with a packing list and commercial invoice to facilitate customs clearance. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods, where we will send you the replacements on our cost. Returns It is the policy of beach lounge spa to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product be damaged by quality or workmanship problems, beach lounge spa will replace your purchase including shipping costs. Please note damages incurred during shipping are not the responsibility of beach lounge spa. Refunds will only be given at the sole discretion of beach lounge spa, and assessed on a case by case basis.
